  • Inseam stands behind itÂ’s product 100%. Period. This includes all online orders. We work hard to bring you great fitting garments, but sometimes you need to exchange or return. No problem.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Our goal is for you to have your Inseam order in your hands as soon as possible and at the best shipping price. For this reason, we have been working with U.S. Postal service and their Priority service. Most U.S. orders, including West coast, are delivered in 2-3 days. They are also the lowest price on International orders. Rates for International vary depending on country and weight. For backordered items: We try to keep all items in stock, but occasionally an item will be backordered. You will be notified and the item will be shipped with no additional cost to the customer. Any backorders will be shipped regular First class mail or Priority, whichever is least expensive. Sorry, there are NO refunds on shipping.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Inseam Men is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    EXCHANGES: We know ordering sizes online is tricky. To exchange a size or sizes of non-sale items, simply call us at 617.522.1982 during regular business hours OR email us anytime at info@inseamclothing.com to let us know what you need and we will proceed from there to get you the correct size. Please note that Sale items are FInal sale--no return. RETURNS: All items returned for refund OR exchange must be in resalable condition; meaning items must be unworn, unaltered, clean and have all tags attached. Sale items are all FINAL SALE. No returns. If an item is defective in manufacture, please contact us asap to discuss replacement or refund. Please Note: We do not refund the cost of shipping and return shipments are the reponsibility of the customer. Inseam will pay for shipping of replacement item(s).
